From Joshimath to Kauri pass is one of the most amazing treks in the Himalayas. The major attraction about Kuari pass trek are the mountain views coming to your from the first trek. From close quarters the Kuari Pass trek provides you a chance to view this impressive skyline of these mighty mountains. You will trek through the Auli meadows from here, which are extremely famous for skiing in India. Notable peaks are Mukut, Dronagiri, Rishi, Neelkanth, Hati & Ghora Parvat, Kamet, Mana, Neelgiri Parvat, Chaukhamba and Ratavan.
The Curzon trail is other name of the Kuari pass trek (“Lord Curzon” named after the British former viceroy of India). From the summits the most exotic sights Chitrakantha and Chaukhamba will be arranging to surprise you with their enjoyable serenity and the valuable views of the Himalayas. You get a separate invitation, when you come to Auli it is an amazing destination for skiing and the serenity. After you reach there the trek to Kuari Pass winds up at Haridwar, you took to reach Kuari Pass top is the same route.
In these mountains Rhododendron forests, which bear flowers of a fiery red color are also found in abundance. One of the pretty alpine meadows in Garhwal is considered as Gurson Bugyal and provides stunning view points of the gigantic Himalayan massifs. In the local tongue the luxurious Himalayan meadows, called ‘Bugyals’. The highlight of this trek is the sight of the Nanda Devi Massif.

Day 01: Haridwar to Joshimath
Drive to Joshimath on arrival in Haridwar is about 260kms. Rudraprayag, Devprayag, Vishnuprayag, Karnaprayag and Nandanprayag are Panchprayag or the five holy confluences of Ganges. There is only a goat trek and horses cannot go along here to chitrakantha from Tali. Stay overnight in tents.
Day 02: Joshimath to Chitrakantha
Drive to Dhak Village with a short 12km which is the start point of the trek. Your first campsite is Chitrakantha at the end of the descent.
Day 03: Chitrakantha to Tali top
You will trek for 6km. Before reaching a prominent ridge you through an interesting and magnificent taking dense mountain forests filled with Rhododendron, silver birch and spruce.
Day 04: Tali Top to Kuari Pass
To arrive at Kuari Pass you will transverse over snow filled patches to completely savour the unbelievable views. The popular Nanda Devi and savour of the unending vistas of great Himalayan peaks.
Day 05: Tali to Joshimath via Auli
we trek downhill beside the River Rishi Ganga after breakfast. We will through Auli which is popular for its skiing slopes and is home to winter skiing resort run by Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam.
Day 06: Joshimath to Haridwar
To keep company drive to reach Haridwar with a pretty mosaic of memories. You can take a part in Ganga aarti at Har ki pauri if we reach Haridwar on the time. Your trek is end here.

By Road: From Delhi ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Haridwar regular bus service is available.
By Train: Haridwar to other major cities like Mussoorie, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Varanasi and Lucknow connected with a good rail network.
By Air: The nearest airport serving Dehradun is Jolly Grant Airport is located about 48km.
